Java Jones Coffeehouse is committed to the freshness and quality of all of our products. We roast all of our coffee as it is ordered and we then ship all of our coffee, tea and other merchandise the next business day after you place your order. If you order an item we are currently out of we will contact you immediately and notify you of the delay.
Java Jones Coffeehouse is also committed to the value of our products and we will ship your items either via United States Postal Service or UPS based on weight and location. The most efficient carrier will be chosen for you automatically unless you request otherwise. If you are unable to receive either United States Postal Service or UPS please contact us for assistance.
Return Policy
Java Jones Coffeehouse strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We will do whatever we can to provide you with a fresh quality product and great customer service. Should you feel the need to return an item please contact customer service and we will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you. If you return items without contacting customer service first, you may be subject to paying the return shipping costs. You will receive a refund or exchange per your request.
